Due to Nevada regulations, all sales are final. Pisos allows exchanges for malfunctioning items, such as batteries and faulty cartridges.

We provide same day delivery to the entire valley, except hotels, casinos businesses, on orders placed from 8:00 AM - midnight.
Yes, we require an order to meet a minimum, after discounts but before tax, in order to prepare, process, and deliver. Our minimum is always disclosed on our website when you are at the delivery menu.
Due to state regulations, it is illegal to deliver to any hotel or casino. Recreational marijuana delivery, however, is available throughout the Las Vegas valley to any residential address.
No. We can only deliver to the person who placed the order.
Anyone 21 years of age and older with a valid government issued ID can order for delivery.
Yes, due to state regulation, our delivery drivers are not allowed to carry change. You may choose to provide your driver with a tip, but it is not required.
Our staff is available 24/7 with any questions or concerns about your order.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text with a link, informing you that your order is ready for pick up. Upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and click the link in the text to fill out your vehicle information so our staff can locate you.
Curbside pickup is available 24/7.
Yes, you may have others in the vehicle so long as they are 21 years of age and older. If you have a minor under the age of 21 in your vehicle, we will be unable to complete your order and you will be asked to leave the premises.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text informing you that your order is ready for pick up. When arriving, please inform our front desk staff at check-in that you are picking up your order so that you can skip the line!

Pisos is a cash only dispensary, we have two ATMs located inside our store for your convenience.
Yes! You must bring a valid government issued ID to enter Pisos Dispensary and purchase.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we do require that you wear a mask while in-store.
Consumers are allowed to consume only on private property. Clark County ordinances prohibit possession and consumption of marijuana products on gaming properties.
An individual is allowed to purchase up to 1 ounce of marijuana flower or up to 3,500 milligrams of THC, in concentrate or edible form.
Everyone has different limits to how much they can handle, make sure to start with a small amount, or about 10 milligrams of THC in edible form. Remember, you can always take more, you can never take less! Our knowledgeable budtenders will be able to assist you in further understanding marijuana consumption.
